Intl. Long Distance Authorization
If you have not made an international long distance call with your CMA Phone Service, we’re requesting that you sign up your ‘intention’. This will help us control potential fraud on your account.
This acknowledgement doesn’t relate to domestic long distance calls (US and Canada).
If you’ve made an international call before November 1, 2010, you’re already signed up.
Otherwise, please fill out the quick authorization form below. We’ll get your international LD account established.
There’s no charge for signing up, and we’ll authorize you by the next business day.
