Additional Billing Information
Your CMA bill is due on the 10th of each month. Failure to receive payment by the 10th could result in a late fee being added to your bill. The easiest way to avoid a late fee is to sign up for one of our auto-payment plans.
In order to avoid potential disconnect for non-payment, it is necessary to keep your bill current in a given month. If you cannot pay the entire amount, you will need to pay any aged balance. For clarity, please discuss this and payment plans with a CMA customer service representative. Call 1-866-754-7871
CMA bills in 1 month increments- and will bill for the entire month. If you disconnect for any reason during a month, you will not be owed a refund.
